We’re not new to the game. We’ve been working with regional and national health systems for years. In larger multi-hospital health systems, we’re often brought in to provide staff augmentation services as part of a systems initiative that will outstrip the bandwidth of internal teams, to provide fixed-term specialized expertise to bring a specific project across the finish line, or to temporarily backfill a long-term internal need. We also provide executive recruitment services designed to deepen our larger client’s bench strength at the most senior levels of their organization.
We are uniquely positioned to provide broad value to community & rural hospitals, including acute care providers. Our 4-phase approach to planning, modernizing, implementing and extracting value from clinical IT solutions is designed to bring immediate value to care providers by jumping in at virtually any stage of the clinical systems lifecycle. Having been through the ringer with clients like Fairview Health Services, Atrius Health / Harvard Vanguard, UT Southwestern Medical Center, and UCLA Health System, our experts can apply their experience effectively for hospital clients with between 15 and 200 total licensed beds. Our approach with independent hospital clients is often more project-based providing a blend of both our strategic and tactical services throughout the course of our relationship.
