bounties; those that are will always be notated by a "$$$".

Refer a Customer / Lead
Can you introduce us to a consulting or staffing opportunity at a potential customer (even your current employer) that fits with our areas of competency?
- We prefer to pursue opportunities at Hospitals & Health Systems but we also have extensive experience outside of the Healthcare industry
- We pursue opportunities all over North America and prefer to work directly with end customers that have 1,000 or more internal employees
- We get excited about project-based consulting and recruiting opportunities that involve:
- Healthcare & Clinical Applications
- Virtualization & Application Delivery
- Identity Management & Single Sign-On
- We rarely ever pursue subcontracting opportunities with other third-party service providers

Learn How It Works
We love referrals and we're happy to pay for them! Here are some basic "rules of engagement" to make sure your referrals are properly recorded, tracked and paid. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with or without notice.
- Candidate Referrals
Both employees and non-employees are welcome to refer candidates to us
Refer us a highly qualified candidate for any job notated by a "$$$" (listed on the right side of this page)
If we hire the candidate you referred to us for the specific job you referred them for, we will pay you $5 per hour up to a maximum of 100 hours for consulting opportunities or a flat fee of $500 for permanent placements
Referral bounties will apply to the candidate's first project or placement and will not apply or roll-over to subsequent projects or placements
Referral bounties for consulting opportunities will be paid to you via physical check on a monthly basis after we have received payment from the customer
Referral bounties for permanent placements will be paid to you via physical check after the candidate successfully completes 30 days of employment and we have received payment from the customer
If we do not hire the candidate for the specific job you referred them for, they will go into our general talent pool and we reserve the right to recruit them directly for subsequent opportunities
In the case of a candidate being referred to us twice by different people, we will honor the first referral and will let you know
If we are already actively in discussion with the candidate you referred to us, we will decline your referral and will let you know
If you are a non-employee, your referral bounty will be paid on a 1099 basis which requires that we have your Social Security Number (SSN) before we can make any payments
If you are a current employee, your referral bounty will be paid as a bonus via direct deposit
- Customer / Lead Referrals
Both employees and non-employees are welcome to refer potential customers and leads to us
Refer us a lead for any consulting or recruiting/staffing opportunity with any potential customer, even your own employer or our current/former customers
You can refer us a candidate that matches the opportunity you're introducing us to in an effort to get paid for both referrals
If we successfully close the specific opportunity you referred to us, we will pay you $5 per hour up to a maximum of 100 hours for consulting opportunities or a flat fee of $500 for permanent placements
